Discover our selection of Indonesian spices, hand-harvested and chosen for their aromatic purity, intensity, and traceability. These rare products come directly from the volcanic regions of Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi.

Andaliman

Native to the highlands of Lake Toba, andaliman is a rare wild berry known for its citrusy and floral notes and its slight numbing sensation. Selected by Kawanga for its distinct and expressive aroma.

Wood from Papua

A rare aromatic wood from Papua, Masohi reveals natural notes of fresh coconut, vanilla, and sweet cream. Selected in very limited quantities and slowly dried to preserve its full aromatic richness.

Indonesian Cinnamon

Exceptional cinnamon from Lake Toba, Sumatra, with naturally sweet and balanced notes. Harvested at peak ripeness and slowly dried to preserve its full aromatic intensity.

Menoreh Clove

Exceptional cloves from Menoreh, Central Java, renowned for their rich aroma and high essential oil content. Harvested at peak ripeness and carefully dried.

Java Cubeb

Rare cubeb pepper from Purworejo, Central Java, known for the complexity of its aromas. Harvested at full ripeness and dried in a greenhouse to preserve the full richness of its essential oils.

Butterfly Pea Flowers

Green pea flowers dried in a greenhouse, selected for their natural, intense blue color. A carefully controlled process that preserves their color, structure, and rich pigmentation.

Bangka White Pepper

Sourced from the island of Bangka, this whole white pepper offers a delicate and balanced flavor profile, achieved through a carefully controlled process of curing and drying.

Java Long Pepper

Malang long pepper, with peppery, mild, and subtly sweet notes, grown in the volcanic soils of Java.

Lampung Black Pepper

Sourced from southern Sumatra, this black pepper from Lampung offers a powerful, well-defined aroma, achieved through early harvesting and careful drying.
