Indonesian Clove – From Menoreh, Central Java
The clove is one of the most iconic spices of the Indonesian archipelago. The clove from Menoreh, a mountain range located in the center of the island of Java, is distinguished by its exceptional aromatic richness, high essential oil content, and consistent quality.
At Kawanga, we have selected a clove of exceptional quality, sourced from the finest plots in Menoreh. The flower buds are harvested at optimal maturity, then carefully dried under controlled conditionsto preserve the clove’s full aromatic intensity and structure.
