Distinctive flavor profile

Anisic, floral and fruity. Orange blossom, cherry, sweet almond. Its interest lies not in vanillin but in the anisyl compounds specific to the variety: this is a finishing and signature vanilla, not a base vanilla.

Applications

Plated desserts, cold creams, cold infusions, cocktails and spirits, fruit pairings. We recommend sensory evaluation on a sample: this product is chosen by the nose.
